Monitoring - We are receiving reports of time-tracking users, getting an error
"Processing data (projects, filter, worklogs) was unsuccessful. Error caused by: WorklogDataHelper: first search for issues. HTTP status: 500 "
The error is caused by failing Jira's API, there is a bug open for it and you can view it on this page: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-83317
If you are affected by this issue, we strongly recommend sending a report to Atlassian by clicking "This affects my team".
As a workaround, you can also try to filter your results by Jira groups in 'User or Group' filter in the app.
We will monitor this issue and inform you once the bug is resolved by Atlassian. Unfortunately, as we are using the native Jira's Time Tracking, it is impossible to resolve this issue from our end. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this situation.
