Issues with report generation in Worklogs Cloud - "Failed to fetch issues: Request failed with status code 400" or "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'avatarUrls)"
We are currently investigating an issue affecting report generation in Worklogs for Jira Cloud. Users may encounter an error message stating "Failed to fetch issues: Request failed with status code 400" or "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'avatarUrls')" when trying to generate reports, especially when using broad filters like all projects and all users.
We have reported this issue directly to Atlassian as it relates to Jira Cloud API responses, and we are currently waiting for a response from Atlassian support. In parallel, our engineering team is actively investigating potential mitigations on our side. In the meantime, you can successfully generate reports by narrowing down your filters to specific projects and smaller groups of users. We will share further updates as soon as we hear back from Atlassian or have news from our development team.
